Message from Our President

The Garrison Westies, all cleaned up and behaving for a change.
Thank you for visiting our website!
The West Highland White Terrier Club of Southeast Texas (WHWTCSET) was organized for the purpose of promoting the Westie breed through education and by providing a networking base for all who love being owned by a Westie. Nationally recognized by the AKC, our club hosts a specialty show each year in July and operates an active rescue program. Monthly meetings are typically held on the third Tuesday of the month at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in the Houston Medical Center. Most of our meetings focus on educational topics as well as general club business.
The WHWTCSET is an all-volunteer club with many members who donate time, money, and personal resources toward improving and benefiting the breed as well as the lives of those who love Westies. Please enjoy our website; we hope you will find it interesting, and we hope you learn more about both our club and the Westie breed while you're here.
If you are in the Houston area, please contact us, or feel free to drop by one of our meetings. We would love to have you join us!
